Sales Support Specialist

Klix is a payment solution developed by Citadele Bank for e-commerce merchants. Our goal is to ensure the smoothest user experience when shopping online, as well as to ensure stability and quality for our merchant customers. We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic, supportive and rapidly growing team.

Get ready to:
- Advise consumers, consult on the use of Klix payment solution;
- Support inbound sales flow by communicating with potential customers;
- Register consumer inquiries and requests for changes;
- Ensure information security in accordance with the Bank's internal legislation;
- Ensure timely performance and quality of work;
- Maintain and, if necessary, update Klix FAQ information.

- You have experience in customer service, experience in contact centre or consumer lending will be considered as an advantage;
- You have positive attitude, initiative, sense of responsibility and you are open to innovation;
- You have excellent communication and argumentation skills, and are able to quickly absorb knowledge and make decisions;
- You are proactive, energetic and strive to improve;
- You can work independently, search for information and analyze it;
- You have excellent knowledge of Estonian and English (written and spoken), and good Russian language skills.
