HSE engineer

develop HSE process and procedures and supervise their implementation within the workplace;
conduct safety induction and other safety trainings to employees, management and contractors;
conduct, review job hazard analysis and risk assessments of high-risk work like lifting, confide space work and etc;
investigate and report incidents, accidents and near misses;
сomplete administrative duties, filling out internal safety reports, reports to Client and parent company;
coordination with Client respective department to understand project specific HSE requirements.

higher education (preferably technical, for example - degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering);
at least 3 years of professional experience in production or construction industry on a similar position;
fluent in English, Russian (main working languages) and Estonian language;
decision making, organisational skills and stress resistance, good communication and interaction skills;
understanding of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), knowledge of NORSOK will be an advantage.
