Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and driven individual who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. As our B2B Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in introducing "Perks" to new businesses in Estonia, forging partnerships, and growing our presence in the market.

You will need to:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients in Estonia, Tallinn, presenting the benefits of our discount platform for our discount partners and clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs
  • Close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with our team to develop strategies for lead generation 
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a startup or tech environment (would be a heavy advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Understanding of the Estonian business landscape
  • Results-oriented mindset
