Job Description

  • Offering SPOT quotations to customers
  • Accepting sales orders and liasing with the Operations Team
  • Providing follow up info to customers on cargo in transit
  • Making sales calls
  • Ensuring quality reporting

Requirements

  • You are service minded and with a genuinely positive attitude
  • You are self-motivated and well organized
  • A fast paced environment does not give you goose bumps
  • Fluency in Estonian and profficient English are a minimum, Russian will be a significant plus
  • Previous experience in a customer support role or sales is a strong advantage
