Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Estonia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive team, helping to streamline operations and contribute to projects involving our international team. This is a full-time, remote position offering a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Budget Management: Estimate project costs, set budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members, facilitate communication, and coordinate activities across different departments.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management, to keep them informed of project progress and changes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards of quality through rigorous testing and review processes.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, technology, and materials, to meet project objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Additional responsibilities as required to support the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Monday.com and other project management tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory.
