UX Copywriter

Spinwise is looking for a UX Copywriter . Your main goal in this position would be to make and document technical decisions and design assumptions. If you're keen on improving design key performance indicators, you're a perfect fit for this job!

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide product copy and functionality notes for wireframes with UX designers
• Review completed copy and contextual information in mockups with UI designers
• Partner with UX designers and researchers to collect user feedback and conduct tests to optimize product content
• Focus on written product content and organize content guidelines into a clear and understandable format
• Analyze existing content, focusing on reuse opportunities and value for the audience
• Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reference guidelines, standards, and workflows
• Creating information architecture

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• A strong portfolio of written work that shows business impact and results
• Some familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup
• UX design background
• Proficiency (verbal/written) in English and Estonian. Finnish is considered a major plus
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping in Figma
• Familiarity with maintaining an online documentation repository using either a Content Management System or a static website generator and hosting
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is considered a plus
