Process Development Engineer

* Create and develop a process designed for quality and performance (soldering
processes + coating)
* Part of the responsibility will be in the final assembly area with a definition of assembly process and tooling
* You will analyze the issues in production related to Your area of responsibility, prepare production process-related documentation, support the new product´s introduction (NPI) into manufacturing
* Support the installation and set-up of a new conformal coating line in May 2024
* Conduct training´s for production and maintenance personnel related to Your production processes

* Education in the field of engineering as mechanical, industrial, chemical or other
which is related to manufacturing processes
* Relevant work experience 3 years in manufacturing comp with industrial
equipment or processes
* Understanding manufacturing processes, equipment functionality and technical
documentation
* Knowledge of 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices
* Language skills: English and Russian
