Technician

Your role:    

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. 
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and tools. 
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary. 
• Assist in the setup and calibration of production machinery to meet quality standards. 
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and improve processes. 
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times. 
• Manage inventory of spare parts and materials, coordinating with procurement as needed. 
• Provide support during installations, upgrades, and relocations of equipment. 
• Perform basic electrical work such as wiring and troubleshooting of control systems. 
• Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repair of equipment components. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety and efficiency standards. 

Some of the key traits we are looking for include:   

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree in Engineering, wielding or in similar field.   
• Proven track record in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a related industry. 
• Proficiency in welding techniques and basic electrical work. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety. 
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines. 
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic start-up environment. 
• B- category driving licenses is a plus.
