Job Description

As a HR Coordinator, you will be involvedin various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, skills assessment, learning and development, and performance management. Your responsibilities also include maintaining personnel records, ensuring a well organized work environment, handling office administration tasks, organizing events, and coordinating internal communication efforts. 

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Precision and accuracy are key attributes we value. Proficiency in both Estonian and English is a must. Professional education in the HR field or actively pursuing relevant qualifications is preferred. Previous work experience in HR is beneficial, but we hire attitude over skills.
