Parcel Machine Technical Support specialist

As a Parcel Machine Technical Support specialist you will:
- ensure the smooth operation of the Parcel machine network in Estonia (monitoring the network, filling trouble tickets for service partners
- communicate with other departments as well as external partners regarding the Network status, updating status information, answering requests, helping with tips and tricks
- closely cooperate with your colleagues in developing new services and upgrading existing ones, assisting with implementing various projects related to Parcel machine Network
- arrange parcel machine preparation, relocation, installation tasks
- participating in the development of new parcel machine software

- have good written and spoken Estonian and English skills
