Bar Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bar Waitress or Bar Waiter to join our team in Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will contribute to the high-end atmosphere of our club by providing impeccable service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue.

Chesterfield Poker Club Tallinn is the only club in the Nordic region dedicated exclusively to poker, welcoming all those united by a passion for the brilliant mind game that has gained the most popularity in this century. Located near Tallinn's central square, Chesterfield hosts regular poker tournaments, international festivals, and many exciting special events. Here, on weekends, top players from Estonia and around the globe compete at ten tables alongside those for whom poker is a highly valued hobby and a pleasant break from everyday routine.

Key responsibilities:

• Taking and processing drink orders accurately and efficiently, delivering a high level of customer service.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with attention to presentation and quality.
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools.
• Assisting in restocking and replenishing bar supplies as needed.
• Providing table service to guests seated in the bar area or other designated spaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar employees to coordinate food and beverage service.
• Promoting special events, drink specials, and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Upselling premium beverages and encouraging guests to explore new and signature offerings.
• Adhering to all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Following responsible beverage service guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests.

• Proven experience as a Bar Waitress/ Waiter in a high-end club, hotel, or upscale establishment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, wine, and bar etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
