Sales Manager

Equip-Test is an innovation driven company in Testing of Electronics, Cable Harnesses, Medical Devices and Semicon Devices.

Our products are Test Probes and electrical testing equipment.

We are looking for hard working, smart and talented sales manager with B2B experience and technical background.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual, who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Willing to travel and visit customers in the Baltic Region.

Its an advantage to have experience in selling of Spring Loaded Test Probes, Pogo-pins, Test Sockets, ICT Test Fixtures, Connectors, Electronic Components, Test Modules for connector and harness testing or other test equipment for PCBA, Electronics Manufacturing or Cable Harness Industry.

Responsibilities and expectation:

• Visit and develop personal relation with our existing customers
• Indentify and find new customers constantly
• Daily B2B visits and introduction of our products and technologies
• Regular Online meetings with customers, in case for some reason can not visit
• Regular reporting to the management about results
• Work as full-time employee at Equip-Test
• Working with internal softwares

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales or Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills on English
• Electronics Technician or Engineering Degree in Testing is an advantage, but not a must

  Language Skills:

• Fluent English
• Native or fluent in any of spoken languages in the Baltic Region.

Other Requirements:

• B category driving license
• Flexibility in working hours and with travel abroad if required
• Hard Worker
