Customer Support Agent (Italian Speaking)

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You speak English and Italian fluently
• You have good writing skills and you can manage the work with MS Excel
• You are able to respond quickly to our customer inquiries
• You have willingness to learn and be attentive
• You have preferably some automotive knowledge
• You have preferably experience in support-related role
• You are willing to work on-site in our Tartu office

• Salary from €1200 gross a month, monthly bonuses included if KPI-s reached
• Activity Support €50 after your Probation Period, which you can even use for your guitar lessons
