Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representative

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engaging promptly and in a friendly manner with customers through chat and email channels
• Utilizing CRM systems to look up and retrieve relevant information
• Investigating and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently

• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English at a B2 level
• Willingness and ability to work in all the following shifts: 09:00-17:00; 17:00-01:00; 01:00-09:00;
• Detail-oriented nature
• Experience in a Customer Support or Care role is advantageous, but not essential
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
