• You will be communicating with clients in writing only
• You will try to make the customers feel satisfied after receiving detailed consultation on the issues that arise
• You will provide excellent service quality and be a part of an innovative team
• You will receive continuous training that will help you become the best customer support specialist

• You can write Finnish (C1 level in written) and English (B2-C1 level in written)
• You are a friendly team player;
• You’re willing to communicate with various customers and help them solve problems;
• You are result-oriented;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are an independent person;
• You will be able to work on a flexible schedule (sometimes also on weekends);
