We are offering a temporary Legal Internship opportunity ideal for current law students seeking to fulfill internship requirements for their graduation. The Legal Intern will support the Legal Department and its Head in various tasks related to contract drafting, compliance management, and legal analysis. This position provides valuable experience in the legal field with a focus on financial technology and blockchain and offers the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the legal team in drafting various contracts and agreements;
• Assist in enhancing existing contract drafts and legal templates to ensure compliance with company policies;
• Assist in reviewing proposed amendments to standard agreements and reporting to the Head of the Legal Department.
• Help conduct legal reviews and risk assessments of potential partnership contracts.
• Assist in drafting legal and compliance documentation for clients and other relevant materials as per client requests.
• Support in maintaining a database of legal documents and forms, ensuring up-to-date references and compliance checklists.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law;
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal compliance principles;
• Strong interest in the latest developments in the financial industry and underlying technology, including cryptocurrency, FinTechs, and blockchain technology;
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases, including the ability to conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English (at least B2) is required.

Internship Details:

• The internship is designed to fulfill internship course requirements for current students nearing graduation. Upon completion, the candidate will receive referrals and assessments from the Head of Legal according to their university requirements and overall performance.
• Additionally, candidates will obtain recommendation letters and references to support their future employment prospects and job seeking.
