• Põllumajandussektori ettevõtte meeskonna moodustamine, otsene juhtimine ja tegevuse korraldamine;
• Seadmete, rendi ja varuosade müügiplaani koostamine ja elluviimine;
• Lepingute koostamine ja sõlmimine;
• Suhtlemine potentsiaalsete ja olemasolevate partneritega;
• Klientide külastamine kogu riigis.

• Team formation, direct management and organization of employees activities;
• Creating and executing a plan for machinery, rental and spare parts sales;
• Preparation and conclusion of contracts;
• Communication with potential and existing partners;
• Customer visits throughout whole country;

• Kõrgharidus (juhtimise, põllumajanduse või majanduse vallas);
• Vähemalt 2-3-aastane juhtimiskogemus põllumajandussektoris;
• Juhiluba;
• Hea inglise keele oskus kõnes ja kirjas;
• Arvutiga töötamise oskus (Microsoft Word, Exel);
• Hea suhtlemisoskus;
• Kiire orienteerumine;
• Soov teha tööd ja saavutada häid tulemusi.

• Higher education (management, agriculture or economics)
• At least 2-3 years of managerial experience in the Agriculture & Agro-industry
• Driver's license
• Good knowledge of English orally and in writing
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Communicability
• Fast orientation
• Willingness to work and achieve good results
