Job Description

  • Assess market potential based on client feedback and biotechnology sector trends.
  • Manage product life cycle through all stages.
  • Define customer profiles and create value proposition.
  • Manage product launches in collaboration with respective departments.
  • Oversee and provide technical insight on client requests and within the company.
  • Prepare and execute product training (internal/external) and webinars.
  • Prepare instructions, analysis, reports, and product technical materials.
  • Participate in sales calls to define customer needs and product requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, or related area.
  • Proficiency in English, proficiency in Estonian is a plus.
  • Experience in the field of biotechnology and/or with commonly encountered molecular biology applications.
  • Creative and analytical thinking, excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills, written and oral, for a variety of audiences.
