Spinwise is looking for hands-on People Partner . Your main goal in this position would be supporting our Tallinn office HR processes, as well as hiring top-class industry talent across all our locations. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Make sure people-related matters in the Estonia office are top-class executed
- Full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including technical positions internationally
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Regularly collaborating with department managers and proactively identifying current and future hiring needs
- Draft and recommend in-country policies aligned with best practices, local labor laws, and HR governance standards
- Organize events for the Tallinn team (such as team-building, brunches, office events, etc.)
- Role modeling organizational and team values, leading by example
Requirements
- Proven work experience in Recruitment and a keen interest in HR
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English languages (at least B2 level)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
- Passion for people
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the recruitment world
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to foster good professional relationships
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of job market tendencies and local labor laws
- Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements
