Job Description

Are you passionate about great customer service and stable production environment? 

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain and support in-house and customer facing applications as well as backend services (for 3 Baltic states, used by thousands of clients) in Non-Life Insurance area;
  • Be in charge for the 2nd line support activities;
  • Support different type of developments such as new product launches and technical upgrades;
  • Ensure the services stability by supporting our service and users in product maintenance and testing;
  • Propose and implement technical improvements;
  • Work together with awesome and supportive team mates;
  • Be part of a full-stack product team (Consisting of Agile Product Owner, Business Analysts, Testers and Software Engineers);
  • Show your SQL skills by tuning database queries;

Requirements

  • service maintenance experience (e.g. SRE, service manager, application administrator, Server Administrator);
  • Familiarity and awareness of ITIL processes  (Change, Incident, Problem)
  • Strong analytical thinking skills;
  • Experience with SQL (Oracle) queries and/or shell scripts is a strong pluss;
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills;
  • Having a team player mindset;

If you are to be employed in Estonia, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from  2800 - 4200 € gross i.e. before taxes.
