As a part of our team, you will be responsible supporting a webhosting company's customers. Whether customers need to choose the right web hosting package, or want to know how to administer a server, our team is there to help. You will support Swedish speaking customers via calls, e-mails and chats.

How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of reliable web hosting provider company.

What we expect from you is fluent Swedish language skills both in speaking and writing and good English language skills. You will need to work independently, and meantime have solution-oriented personality.
