Job Description

  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams
  • Solving all problems related to card operations
  • Preparation of reports of any complexity
  • Communication and assistance to clients on operational issues
  • Drawing up technical tasks for engineering teams
  • Handling incoming tasks from clients and other departments
  • Communication with partners to solve existing problems/tasks

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a IT Project Management, Customer Support Team Lead role
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills with emphasis on negotiating, influencing, facilitating, and presentation skills (any other language will be a plus)
  • Experience within financial or IT services
  • Tech-savvy, have experience with technical documentation and implementing software
  • Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong customer-centric attitude
  • Analytic skills to measure, report, and improve processes
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to perform and operate both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in terms of communication with managers and resources under difficult situations and deadlines with their clients and projects
