Job Description

Service Desk Expert acts as the first contact for Fortum corporate employees in financial services area. Provides high level service by answering incoming  requests and escalates unresolved  cases  to  2nd  level  support. Troubleshoots issues, provides support to various software applications and manages user access rights.

Requirements

We expect You to have:

- very good written and spoken English and Swedish or Finnish 

- good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with different internal and external customers, stakeholders

- customer oriented mindset and love for accuracy and details

- curiosity to deep-dive into different applications

- „CAN DO“ attitude with open mindset and willingness to provide different solutions- ability to work with/without direct supervision and to take responsibility for your own work and personal development

- skills to adjust easily and to welcome challenge as an opportunity to learn new things
