Insurance Broker / Branch Manager

Citadele is an innovative and data-driven bank with a strong focus on digital solutions. As an Insurance Broker / Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing insurance brokerage service offered by CL Insurance Broker Estonian Branch for Citadele clients.

Get ready to:
- Play important role in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with insurance partners in Estonia;
- Develop insurance offering best suited for the needs of Citadele clients in Estonia;
- Oversee all daily brokerage related processes and client interaction;
- Drive the achievement of the set financial targets while delivering consistent, seamless and trusted customer service to ensure customer retention and loyalty;
- Ensure the documentation and processes meets the regulatory and legal requirements;
- Successfully cooperate with colleagues from other departments.

- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or Finance;
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance, insurance brokerage, banking;
- At least 3 years of experience of leading teams;
- High sense of responsibility, strong analytical skills and orientation to details;
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, good persuasion and reasoning skills;
- Proficiency in Estonian, excellent English/Russian (oral and writing) language skills;
- Proactive, flexible, driven by a positive mind set to achieve the best feasible result in a changing and challenging environment.
