IT maintenance engineer / tester

“Indra Sistemas S.A.” is one of the largest Spanish companies in the area of IT and engineering solutions. In Estonia we are implementing a railway traffic management center for our client "Eesti Raudtee".

We are expanding our team and are looking for a person who could join our colleagues to assist with the testing of software releases, describe and report the incidents and communicate them to the colleagues in Spain.

In the longer run, once the system is commissioned, it will be needed to carry out the maintenance tasks, such as register the incidents, maintain constant communication with the client and the team of software developers in Spain, perform local IT tasks related to installation and updates, carry out simple training of new software features for the client's employees.

We are looking for a person with IT background, at least basic knowledge of networking, databases and IT infrastructure, preferably with experience in infrastructure and IT projects. Good level of English and Estonian is required. We expect the candidate to be a team player with good communication skills.

The candidate should also have category B driving license and be OK to travel within Estonia and abroad.

Because you will be working with critical "Eesti Raudtee" infrastructure, you will have to undergo an official background check (Taustakontroll).

We are offering interesting and exciting work in our office, which is located close to Tallinn Balti station, while some tasks may have to be carried out in "Eesti Raudtee" premises located nearby. Moreover, you will have plenty of possibilities to work remotely and plan your time, as many tasks don't require to be on site.

We are implementing similar projects in other Baltic and European countries, so we can offer opportunities to grow, acquire experience in other countries and also improve language skills.
