Job Description

In daily activities, we need to communicate closely and solve all questions that have business clients. The initial plan is that 2/3 working time would be from home office and 1/3 time – meeting customers in our „Samsung“ store.

 

  • Create and develop relationships with existing and potential business clients;
  • Analyze information about business customers and their needs;
  • Proactive communication with customers by e-mail. and phone - providing information to the client, solving problems;
  • Active search for new customers, formation and continuous development of the customer base (cold calls, warm calls);
  • Company representation in public and commercial tenders;
  • Reporting of tasks done and tasks planned to do, achieving set goals;
  • Administration of customer invoices;
  • Conduct market research;

Requirements

  • Determination and orientation to results;
  • Category B driver's license;
  • Good planning skills;
  • Finding out and advising clients' needs;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer service;
  • Good written and verbal English language skills (RU language will be a plus);
  • Strong customer-centric attitude;
  • Analytic skills to measure, report, and improve processes;
