Estonian/Russian/English-Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who speaks three languages: Estonian, Russian, and English to join our Customer Support Team. You will be working for our client that offers vehicles for hire, micro mobility, car sharing and food delivery services. If you have good Estonian, Russian, and English language skills (verbal and written), strong communication and administration skills, customer-focused approach, attentiveness, positive attitude, and relevant permit to work in Estonia then this job might be for you!

Although it is a remote job, working from abroad is not allowed! Only within Estonia!  

• Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users

• Managing requests and complaints, and finding solutions to website users´ inquiries
