Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team at Gamecan.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, organizing meetings, managing email correspondence, and helping with daily administrative tasks. You will also assist with legal and contract matters, and act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, as well as external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and events
• Handle email correspondence on behalf of the CEO and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with legal and contract matters, including reading and understanding legal text and drafting basic legal documents
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, including communicating information, decisions, and updates on behalf of the CEO
• Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and other tasks as assigned
• Conduct research and provide support for special projects as needed
• Assist with HR and recruiting tasks, such as scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding
• Manage travel arrangements and other logistics for the CEO as needed
• Act as a representative of the company in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with legal and contract matters preferred
• Proactive, self-starter with great problem-solving skills
• Passion for the video game industry and video games in general

Good to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
