Freight Forwarder - Ukraine

Are you ambitious? Do you have experience with road freight to/from Ukraine? Join our team! We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder willing to develop our newest traffic line! We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of the local market and to and set your sights on reaching your business goals. This position is reporting to the Operation’s Manager.

Your tasks:

• Organising road freigh transports to and from Ukraine
• Monitoring the timeliness of collections and deliveries
• Developing cooperation with new carriers and partners
• Actively participating in the market via cargo platforms and direct contacts with customers
• Analyzing costs and income interplay to maximize efficiency
• Ensuring that financial results are met and KPIs achieved

• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in organising road transport operations to Ukraine
• You are self-motivated and very well organized
• You are a hustler, price negotiations are your daily bread and butter
• A fast paced environment is not something that puts you off
• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and English is essential, other languages (especially Estonian) are a plus
