Job Description

Office Administration

  • Clerical and administrative tasks such as preparing documents and offices correspondences
  • Data entry and bookkeeping tasks as directed by the Manager
  • Maintaining general office files related to the company’s operations
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Organizing local transportation and shipping as well as import/export. Training will be provided.
  • First point of contact for customers and team
  • Managing multiple email inboxes 
  • End to end job/order management from logging a job/order to closing off in line with various customer contractual requirements including ensuring pricing and invoices are completed and sent in a timely manner.
  • Warm sales calls
  • All inbound calls (full training provided);
  • Managing multi company system

Requirements

  • Must be able to speak Estonian proficiently, preferably with local living experience
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Project management experience will be highly regarded. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of office procedures, including ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Time management skills
  • Eager to achieve solutions focused outcomes with good problem solving ability.
  • Possess fantastic customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and provide administrative support to the service and sales team.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, professional and can-do attitude.
