Chemical Engineer

• Develop new chemical recipes for manufacturing
• Implementation of new recipes in production process

• Develop manufacturing processes that minimize chemical waste and increase the quality of finished products
• Monitor and test processes and products found in all phases of production
• Develop and implement safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials
• Design, plan and implement the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs
• Use computers and adapted IT programms to compile and analyze data
• Establish safety and waste management procedures
• Travel to other sites and locations to learn about project needs and design
• Analyze data to develop conclusions
• Assist with establishing budgets and timelines
• Find new suppliers for chemicals
• Develop chemical recipes with friendly envaromental chemicals
• Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Comminicates findings and proposals to upper managemnt

Coordinate and perform tests

• Work experience as a Chemical Engineer or similar role
• Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background
• Computer and IT knowleges
• Problem solving ability

• Verbal and written communication in Russian and English
• Project management skills
• Presentation skills

• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Chemical Engineer
• Familiar with process improvement methodologies and sertifications ISO 9001, 14001
