Supervisor

-Supervising the execution of goods inspection, packaging, and warehouse processes

-Ensuring safety procedures and processes occur in facility

-Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture

-Monitoring and improving production Key Performance Indicators (KPI-s)

-Daily, weekly and monthly resource and cost planning, participating in budgeting

-Liaise and communicate with other departments, partners, and customers

We believe that in order to be successful in this role, You need to have minimum 5 years of previous experience working in e-commerce, production or warehousing, preferably in the roles of Team Leader, Supervisor or Production Manager.

You have an academic degree within the area of Management, Logistics, or a similar area. You are experienced in working with People. Moreover, You have excellent knowledge and understanding of management. Your outstanding communication skills enables You to engage people, both inside and outside the function, by creating a passion for objectives, plans and processes. You are strong in time management and proven to run simultaneous and continuous worktasks.

Candidate language skills in English and Russian are advanced, and a good knowledge of Estonian language is an advantage.
