• Ensuring Magnetic MRO activities follow applicable regulations and standards.


• Planning and performing internal audits.


• Assisting authority and customer audits.


• Performing random checks and inspections.


• Performing internal investigations.


• Managing personnel authorizations and assessment process.

Requirements

• Basic aviation knowledge – aviation technical knowledge is an advantage.


• Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English (written and spoken).


• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.


• Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize.


• Great team player, who understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration.


• Proficiency with MS Office main applications.


• B-category driving license.


• Ability to travel.
