Job Description

• Implementation of construction guidelines and quality specifications.


• Negotiationwith material producers and experts, development of agreements.


• Manage projects in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, both internally and externally.


• On-site quality checks and support for project team.


• Develop and implement innovative, future-oriented construction and quality assurance concepts.


• Create training materials and user manuals; co-ordinate the training processes to increase knowledge of project managers and external partners.

Requirements

• Higher education (or last year student) in Construction or related field.


• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and B category driving license.


• Very good spoken and written skills in Estonian and English.


• Analytical thinking, independent way of working and willingness to learn.


• Work experience in Civil Engineeringor Construction related technical field will be beneficial.


• Willingness to take regular national business trips and to go on a training abroad for 1-2 months.
