Manpower Estonia is looking for an HR Manager for our client, an international e-commerce retail company, operating online stores in Baltics Countries. You will lead the office and support the team in HR and administrative issues. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Recruiting and onboarding of employees
• Training and development
• Health and SafetyEmployee related documentation
• Consulting employees and management on HR topics
• Events organizing
• Ensuring smooth office operations
• Documents, mail, office supplies management
• Organizing business trips
• Act as main local contact for other companies and state institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field


• 3+ years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility in office administration, including at least 2 years in human resources


• Demonstrated problem solving skills as well as good customer relations(both internal & external)


• Excellent communications skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization


• Well organized and self-directed individual with good judgment, and strong operational focus


• Fluency in English and Estonian is required
