Store Manager, Tartu, Maternity Replacer

Job Description

 

As a Store Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens – on the shop floor. Not only because that's more fun, but also to support and lead your colleagues to achieve superb results and inspire customers to keep coming back. You know the importance of listening to your team's ideas and helping them to develop their skills. When you're not on the floor, you’re developing sales strategies and putting plans in place to support your team and the store's success. 

 

Some of the key responsibilities of this role 

  • You ensure excellent customer service in your store,
  • Controlling sales results and the level of budget implementation in order to optimize profit,
  • You ensure your Store’s execution continuously meets H&M standards and follow up using the Customer Audit Tool. 
  • You manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for your Store. 
  • Together with your leadership team, you actively work with talent and leadership development in your Store in order to support business needs. 
  • Ensuring that all procedures related to work time planning, cash flow, deliveries and the safety of employees and goods meet the highest standards.
