Join us as a Commercial Planning Specialist, where you will work with various Brand Building Commercial Initiatives and consolidate them into portfolio-wide deployment plans. You will also:

• Ensure proper preparation and support for commercial initiatives’ realization
• Develop schedules for commercial initiatives preparation and ensure everything is done within the deadlines
• Provide support to field organization on programs’ deployment by timely providing them with cycle details and materials
• Ensure an effective collaboration between sales and marketing departments
• Coordinate cooperation with printing and mystery shopper agencies and facilitate biddings for providers’ selection
• Develop special shelf solutions for product placement (temporary and permanent) for our trade partners
• Ensure effective and clear monthly priorities deployment at partnering chains
• Co-operate with third-party agencies on a project basis

Requirements

• A university degree (business administration, economics, marketing or similar)
• Experience in sales, marketing or commercial areas with a particular focus on projects deployment, data consolidation and planning
• Possess excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills
• Enjoy making decisions based on data, analyze numbers and react quickly to grasp the opportunity
• Flexible, adaptable to change, enjoy experimenting, yet keep the ownership and share the joy for achieved results
• Clear and constructive communication skills and fluently speak in English and Estonian
