Job Description

• Building a system and Control over the correctness of accounting and tax accounting in a group of companies;

• Organization of the work of the accounting department (2 people), setting tasks and monitoring over these tasks’ execution;

• Control of foreign economic activity (import, export within the EU + RF), registration of customs VAT;

• Calculation of wages, business trips, vacation pay, accounting of sick and maternity leaves;

• Management of several legal entities;

• Determination of the company’s document flow scheme, development of a schedule for submitting documents to the accounting department;

• Ensuring the correct calculation of taxes and insurance premiums;

• Preparation of all necessary accounting, tax, statistical, management reports in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation in terms of volume, quality of information and timing.

• Preparation of documents for all types of external audits

Requirements

• Higher education (accounting, analysis and audit) and experience in the position of chief accountant in a trading and manufacturing company for at least 5 years;

• Experience in building an accounting system;

• Responsibility for the result, the desire for continuous professional development and training;

• Ability to build constructive collaboration with heads of other departments;

• Good command of MS Office, 1C: Enterprise

• Knowledge of tax legislation;

• Knowledge of labor law
