Work when and where you want in freelance customer service.

As a freelance customer service agent, you will be responsible for customer support (inbound) for one of the best-known telecommunications companies on the Swiss market. Your task's include:

• Answering incoming calls, supporting existing and new customers
• Give expert advice on the company's products and services
• Processing of customer inquiries
• Deliver excellet customer service

Requirements

• You are self-employed with a sales tax identification number (we cannot accept applications from people who are not freelancers)


• You speak fluent German (C1 level)


• You are ambitious, motivated, responsible, willing to learn and love talking to people


• You have a good internet connection, your own computer with a current operating system (not older than Windows 10) and have a quiet working environment


• Customer Service or Sales experience is an advantage


• You are at least 18 years old
