Assistant Network Development

You will be working for Network4cars Baltic branch ( Bizz Car OÜ ) in the small office in Tallinn. Your main task is to assist the Area Manager and the Director Network Development with the daily tasks. Your daily routine will include the following responsibilities and tasks;

- Supporting the Director Network Development  in developing and implementing network strategies.

- Conducting market research and analysis.

- Identifying new business opportunities and growth potential.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential dealers.

- Assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.

- Organizing and participating in events, training sessions, and dealer meetings.

- Preparing reports and presentations.

- Monitoring and tracking market trends and competitors.

This is a high-energy position requiring an individual who is really motivated, enthusiastic and results driven. You love to work in an entrepreneurial environment, you are self-propelled and are commercial by nature.

- You live in Tallinn Estonia. 

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

- You are fluent in English language in word and writing. Additional languages are a clear advantage, Like Estonian, Russian, German

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or network development is a plus

- You have good sense of humor.
