Job Description

Your main responsibilities are: 

• Provide administration of E2E change management. You are responsible to drive and coordinate change requests related to GxP relevant business process  and master data maintenance.
• Ensure timely implementation of all on-going life-cycle activities (change requests).
• Liaise with different stakeholders (e.g. regulatory affairs, commercial and/or supply chain department, business process owners) to facilitate working out and implementation of change requests.
• Support the realization of global and cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Ensure GxP compliant documentation and internal procedures, processes and quality-systems are consistently applied proactively.

Requirements

Job requirements:

• Scientific academic background, preferably in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or another life science.
• Sufficient experience in a regulated environment either in regulatory affairs or quality, preferable in pharmaceutical industry.
• Very good skills in English.
• Well organized person and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively.
• End-to-end process management experience  is  advantage.
