JAS Nordics/Baltics (NOBA) is expanding its commercial team and we are now looking for a true specialist in international road freight with a clear focus on commercial growth! The Tender & European Network Pricing coordinator will be a key person in growing our European road freight scope and growing our business, both in the NOBA countries but also in the rest of Europe, with the main focus on developing our European agent network and support with creating competitive offers for our clients, both from a price as well as a solution perspective.

Main tasks

• Create and develop collaboration with road freight partners around Europe
• Building a commercial offer for our road freight product that is competitive both from a solution driven perspective, as well as pricing
• Maintain and update pricing databases
• Handle and prepare rates and build solutions for our clients around the region
• Conduct Strategy & Review Calls along with all Stakeholders
• Coordinate bid submission and analyze data from overseas offices
• Support in onboarding new business
• Tailor solutions for our customers with sustainability as main focus

Requirements

As a person, we think you are positive, proactive, curios, creative and business-minded in your thinking. You are a team player as well as an individual contributor, self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently. You have good analytical and project management skills, strong computer skills (specially in Excel), you are detail oriented, able to multitask and to meet deadlines. Your written and verbal communications skills are great, and you are fluent in Estonian and English. Strong knowledge about road freight, preferably from a pricing and/or procurement perspective is required.
