Job Description

The purpose of the Job:

• Business proposals estimation.
• Coordinate and plan single and/or standard Field Service work orders according to contract and customer requirements and cost targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in all activities.

Accountabilities:

• Technical-economical preparation for production/service.
• Accurate and timely reporting regarding repairs.
• Keeping records of orders and their economic figures.

Responsibilities:

• Product cost & order estimation, verification and management.
• Preparation of commercial offers.
• Compliance contol.
• Keep records of actual work volumes and materials used during whole repair period.
• Project cost analyses - actual vs budget. 
• WIP calculations.
• Communication with relevant stakeholders during the project.
• Provide ad-hoc and internal reports according to the schedule.
• Preparation of acts and invoicing.

Requirements

• Higher education or equivalent skills.


• Technical understanding (preferably marine related).


• Good Russian language skills.


• Engish and Estonian skills on a satisafactory level.


• Computer skills (MS Office, Business Central).


• Correctness, accuracy and conscientiousness.


• Good communication skills and readiness for teamwork.


• Analytical skills.


• Previous work experience in preparing price calculations.


• Ability to estimate and plan own workload.
