ROZERT OÜ is a successful iGaming product-based software company, with offices in numerous countries, now looking for an Affiliate Manager.

 

We make our products simple and convenient for our users. We design product functionality with complex mechanics, and constantly review our methods of operation that are familiar to the market - while striving to be the best on the market.

***This is an on-site opportunity if you are based in Tallinn-Estonia and if you are from other country, it'll be a remote work.

 

Your main assignments will be:

  • Managing and growing your affiliate portfolio - negotiating deals and exposure, answering questions, providing affiliates with logos, links, reviews.
  • Monitoring results, optimizing account ROI, organizing affiliate payments and owning the profit of your accounts.
  • Working with CPA networks: setting up post-backs & deals, creating and promoting our offers within the network.
  • Ensuring accurate information and translations on our affiliate website.
  • Ensuring banners and newsletters, blog, etc. are up to date and available for affiliates.
  • Attending affiliate conferences and events.
  • Being updated about current trends in affiliate marketing and identifying new opportunities. 
  • Building strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between the various departments.

 

Requirements

  • Should have 2+ years of experience working as an Affiliate Manager
  • Should have deep understanding of the industry and be able to find and take responsibility for finding and creating new projects and business opportunities in the Affiliates area
  • Must have strong connections and network with EU/ASIA/LATAM Affiliates
  • Should be knowledgeable with MyAffiliates
  • English and any other language proficiency level at advanced level is required
  • Should have excellent negotiation skills
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Must be enthusiastic and have a "can-do" attitude
