What will you be doing?

  • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlets operations
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton and Restaurant brand standards
  • Welcoming guest and ensure their satisfaction
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead the team to achieve given targets and results

Requirements

  • Previous Food and Beverage experience
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
