Accounting Assistant

As an Accounting Assistant in Kõu Mobility Group, you will be responsible for daily accounting making sure that the monthly closing process will go smoothly. Your tasks will include processing accounts payables/receivables, bank and credit card transactions, fixed assets monitoring and being part of other various accounting tasks. Together with the finance team you will be participating in the annual closing/audits and making the accounting processes more automated and effective. You will be collaborating with all the departments of Kõu Mobility Group (Comodule, Äike and Tuul) to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will succeed in this role if you have previous experience as an Accounting Assistant. We also appreciate an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Knowledge in different accounting softwares will come in handy, experience with Microsoft Business Central is a bonus! Also, you will need good Excel skills. You will fit right in if you have a "Can-do" attitude, self-management skills and analytical and creative mind to find solutions for complicated problems. We are looking for a good communicator, highly detail-oriented team player, who is able to work independently and prioritise tasks.You fit perfectly in if you are a quick learner. For this position it is important to excel in both English and Estonian language.
