FINNISH SPEAKING PURCHASING SPECIALIST (PURCHASE-TO-PAY)

You will be responsible for: receiving and processing purchase requisitions; placing purchase orders according to requisitions and supplier agreements; managing deviations between supplier invoice, order and goods receipt; supporting various local sourcing teams and local stakeholders.

We expect you to have proficiency based either on a degree in Bachelor level education, or experience with operating commercial processes, e.g., for sourcing/purchasing, logistics, supply chain or customer service. You are service minded with focus on quality, efficiency, support and helping our stakeholders. Fluent in written and spoken English is a must, Finnish/ Swedish/ Polish/ German will be a clear benefit. Not afraid to work with scattered IT system landscape, covering e.g., SAP, Zeroni, Bravo/Jaegger, CarrierPoint, MS Office, MS PowerBI and others etc.
