SALES ASSISTANT

• Provide excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience in-store and through new digital devices
• Support the Store Manager in delivering training/coaching sessions on product knowledge, CRM, Customer service, brand presentation and visual merchandising, taking care of business guidelines, and in planning working rotas
• Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base
• Monitor stockroom standards and grant the right product assortment on the floor
• Attend to deliveries within a day of arrival
• Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues

• Previous experience in a retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands
• Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
• Ability to conduct successful sales activities in-store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and specified standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented, organized, and with a positive/constructive attitude
• Good knowledge of Estonian and English language
