As team member, you will be first point of contact for Linde Gas’s external and internal customers, take care of customers´ needs over e-mail and phone (manage the phone inquiries by answering and transferring calls, register, assign, prioritize and solve queries over e-mail, place B2B and B2C customers` orders). In addition, you will build relationships through day-to-day communication with your colleagues from customer service and other departments within our region to ensure customer`s will meet the right responsible unit. Follow-up to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve outstanding customers` inquires and problems. As well, update contact information in our database; manage opening hours and auto-messages for our phone lines and provide additional ad hoc support to customer service departments when required.
