Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and control stock of finished goods with optimal production plan (short-term and long-term periods)
• Control the freshness of the products
• Monitor write-off risks and production efficiency 
• Analyze sales and forecast data, react on deviations
• Key accounts orders delivery coordination
• Out of stock control and inquiry 
• Intercompany movements coordination
• Everyday communication with production, sales, demand planners, marketing regarding upcoming activities

Requirements

We invite you to apply if you have:

• 1-3 years of successful and proven experience in planning
• Experience in FMCG product management would be an advantage
• University degree
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, SAP will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong math skills
• Good command of Estonian and English
